We want every family to feel confident preserving their stories with OurStoryHaven. If something isn't right, we'll do our best to make it right.
2. 14-Day Refund Window
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. Simply email us and we'll process your refund within 5-10 business days.
3. Printed Memory Books
Printed hardcover editions are printed to order. If a printed book arrives damaged or with a defect, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll reprint and reship it at no cost.
4. Subscriptions
You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, and your archive remains accessible according to your plan.
5. How to Request a Refund
