1. Our Promise
We want every family to feel confident preserving their stories with OurStoryHaven. If something isn't right, we'll do our best to make it right.
2. 14-Day Refund Window
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. Simply email us and we'll process your refund within 5–10 business days.
3. Printed Memory Books
Printed hardcover editions are not yet available — they are a feature we are actively developing for release after launch. When they become available, each book will be printed to order. If a printed book arrives damaged or with a defect, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll reprint and reship it at no cost.
4. Subscriptions
You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, and your archive remains accessible according to your plan.
5. How to Request a Refund
